Our Service includes, but not limited to the following:

• A pre-approved six year consultant’s certificate
• Stage payment certificates for your bank
• Friendly advice
• Plan and technical details check
• A minimum of six site visits
• No hassle

We also operate a discount scheme wherby our fees can be reduced depending on the scale of the project

• Discounts for multiple properties at one site
• 10% discount for 2 properties on the same site
• 15% discount for 3-5 properties
• 20% discount for 6 properties plus

50% of the fees are payable upon registration of the scheme
The final 50% of the fees are payable upon the issue of the certificate
