The Dutch Mills project in Alloway by Ayr involved the restoration and conversion of a derelict 1837 property by the river doon into 3 floors of luxury apartments. Best use of existing structure with subtle add-ons created No.2 and 3 bedroom units with lift access, balconies, garages and private and shared landscape gardens.

Project conclusion

An outstanding, modern residential development with emphasis on the existing structure.
