 A cul-de-sac of private houses in Prestwick provided a range of options for a developer client for a quick turn around.

Two plots were designed and built for sale to the market, one sold as a plot with design options and three designed and built for specific clients to very high standards.

Early detailed negotiations with the roads department solved very difficult access problems and ensure development took place, at all.

Project conclusion

Previous landlocked area of ground freed up for development with imaginative road access arrangement.
