This project saw Nicoll Design create three times the floor space within a confined development space

Project Details

The practice operated in a post-war building of brick and sheeted roofing and had to create six times the floor space within a confined site.

We assisted from the early funding application stages and designed the building and internal fixture and fittings throughout. We project managed the construction to completion on time and under budget whilst allowing the surgery to serve the public throughout with minimum disruption.

Project conclusion

The new building has been designed to cope with years of practice growth and is enjoyed by all users.
